Who we are and what this covers
ZIV Brands LLC (“ZIV Brands,” “ZIV,” “we,” “us”) operates zivbrands.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the inquiries you send us through it. It does not cover information handled under a separate written agreement with us, which that agreement governs.
The website is intended for retail buyers, wholesale partners and other businesses.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the inquiry form, we collect your name, company, business email address and message, and—if you choose to provide them—your phone number, role or title, market or country, area of interest, product category and timeline. If you email or call us directly, we receive the information you include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page and the date and time of your visit. We use these logs only to operate and secure the website. When you submit the inquiry form, we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address for about ten minutes to prevent repeated or automated submissions.
No cookies or tracking. This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tracking technologies. Fonts, images and video are served from our own website, so visiting it does not send information to other companies.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiry and send you a confirmation with a reference number;
- evaluate, plan and manage potential and existing business relationships and programs;
- operate, maintain and protect the website, including preventing spam and abuse; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, to manage any resulting business relationship, and to maintain ordinary business records, and then delete them. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider’s standard retention periods. Rate-limiting records expire after about ten minutes.
Security
The website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to inquiries is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the website—including confidential designs, unpublished inventions or financial information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing buyers@zivbrands.com. Depending on where you live—including certain U.S. states, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom—you may have additional rights, such as to receive a copy of your information or to object to or restrict certain processing. We will respond as required by the law that applies to you, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. Because we do not track visitors, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how this website behaves.
International visitors
ZIV is based in the United States. Information you submit is processed in the United States and in the countries where our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those where you live.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
